Recipe Title: Lamb Curry In The Oven

Ingredients:
675 g/1 1/2 lb lamb, cubed Servings:
1 large onion, finely chopped 4
2 garlic cloves, crushed
50 ml/2 fl oz oil
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1x400 g/14 oz can tomatoes, chopped
with the juice
Recipe Instructions:
Place the meat in an ovenproof casserole dish. Mix
the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir well, then
pour the mixture evenly over the meat.
Cover and bake for about 1 1/4 hours, shirring once during cooking.
Skim of any excess fat and serve at once.
